- Supervising and executing the concrete& steel works and applying the Calculations of bill of quantities for civil works for 4 residential buildings, Resort’s Hotel, 28 show rooms and Romanic theatre.
- Handling all the site problems during all pouring process.
- Responsible for some finishing activities: Bricks works, Plastering and painting works.
- Coordinating with all the sub-contractors.
- Hand over all working civil works to the project’ s consultant in order to complete the works properly.
- Reporting directly to the projects manager.
