SUMMARY
Coordinates, oversees, and/or performs a wide variety of administrative, marketing and support activities. Serves as primary point of operational and administrative contact for students. Coordinates the scheduling of classes, classroom management and product offering. The Program Specialist assists in implementing marketing Plans, coordinating and managing the recruiting of students, orientation, intake, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.
The Program Specialist is the primary contact, handling inquiries from prospective, current and former students about the available courses and general admission requirements. The PS works with a varied population of adult students and interfaces with Management and related agencies and community organizations in order to promote the products and increase market share.
