Performance Management Function:
• Improve Rabdan Performance Management system (RPM), introducing interim Goal Setting Forms and ensuring proper and comprehensive appraisal of all employees for the 2016 cycle
• Enable Interim Solution's Automation in coordination with the ICT Division for the HRIS
• Conduct awareness sessions and workshops for Admin and Faculty to introduce the RPM's new performance cycle
• Provide one-to-one support to all employees to complete the different stages of their performance management cycles
• Develop, amend and review Job Descriptions
Training & Development Function
• Study, analyse and recommend solutions for different HR & Development related areas
• Contribute to the elevation of staff competencies through formal and structured Training & Development
• Source training providers, analyse proposals and organize Professional Development Program for Senior and Middle Management employees
• Recommend, analyse and organize in-house training and development programs
• Prepare quarterly training & conference reports to GSEC for tracking and monitoring training budget and Emiratisation
Career Development Function
• Supervise the PMCD team and act as a mentor/coach to ensure successful knowledge transfer
• Introduce RA Career Development Programs for UAE Nationals
• Initiate the Succession Planning Process
Employee Engagement / Welfare function;
• Lead the employee engagement programs by designing, executing and monitoring them
• Implement and maintain the new launched HRD initiatives (Fwalah, Rabdan Day and Shukran Scheme, etc)
• Measure Employee Satisfaction with RA, as an initial step in the Retention Planning process
Other HR requirements:
• Conduct technical evaluations to various kinds of proposals submitted to RA based on respective RFPs
• Support the EHS consultant with the implementation of EHS function with the Admin Division
• Conduct the Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Management assignments for the HRD
• Develop and review Develop policies, procedures, guidelines, codes, HR forms … etc
• Organise HR events from A-Z (theme, presentation, art work / creative ideas, invites, venue bookings … etc.)
As Part of the Operational Excellence team, I am responsible to:
• Produce the Sustainability report for the agency based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) indicators
• Collect and document sustainability related information and data to facilitate and maintain sustainability reporting in the agency
• Develop a draft Sustainability policy for management approval
• Conduct a stakeholder engagement exercise with internal and external stakeholders for the purpose of the report
• Fine tuned the Materiality Analysis exercise
• Establish a process for embedding sustainability within the daily business of the agency
(Temporary 3 month contract renewed twice)
• Member of the committee that organized the ADSG’s participation at the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) e.g. coordinate members’ presentations during the week
• Represent the ADSG and coordinate activities at the stand during the ADSW e.g. meeting visitors, explaining the mandate of ADSG, getting feedback …etc.
• Coordinate and support with the development of the new ADSG’s Strategy
• Work with the communication team in reviewing articles, writing press releases and information for the e-journal, Hiwar (Arabic for dialogue) and other activities and events.
• Coordinate meetings, contribute to presentations, prepare agendas and take minutes
