• Responsible for files /Programmers in outbound tourism as well as using the existing facilities for the accurate and compatible way of handling planning and management of the different programmers.
• Responsible for responding to the requests from clients on the programmers also in charge of the reservations/bookings.
• Sort, review, screen and distribute incoming and outgoing mail; prepare, compose and ensure timely responses to a variety of routine written inquiries.
• Following -up and responding to the late /Sudden Inquires of the clients regarding the programmers at hand as well as negotiating possible changes and alternative components for trip and communicating with clients on changes of any.

• Handling Research to ensure that programs, products, & prices are matching with customers’ expectations.
