Aweer power plant in Dubai, U.A.E for Dubai Electrical and Water Company (DEWA)
Marib PP 340 MW in Yemen.
Substations : in 8 different Saudi cities for Saudi Electricity Company (SEC)Industrial : Several Bulk plants in 8 different Saudi cities for Aramco.
Several water treatment plant, chiller plants, inletcooling projects

Directing exclusive construction of Shoaiba / Jeddah water transmission system for Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC), progressed to a project manager role in 2002 due to outstanding abilities in leading technically competent projects.

Responsibilities
• Main contract & Sub contracts adminisration
• Planning, controlling and evaluating the budget and supervising all office works
• Managing day-to day operations on-site and following-up on policies, logistics and quality control measures.
• Estimating variation orders and claims, preparing invoices, synchronizing proposal evaluations.
• Compiling progress reports and upholding continuous monitoring of equipment and project materials, in addition to the administration of local staff.
• Plotting and implementing business plans with Joint Venture fostering excellent relations with clients and developing a wider network of associates.

Achievements:
• Spearheaded the successful completion of this multimillion dollar project with a value of 223, 500, 000 USD.
• Smoothly handled project closure, maintenance and other administrational and technical contracts related to operational activities.

Planned the execution of Jizan bulk plant extension for the Saudi Aramco company as head of the controlling department. This erection was completed in 2 years given a budget of 51 Million USD.

• Coordinated project preparations and plans with designer, consultants, clients and suppliers as per Aramco standards.
• Submitted progress reports and provided professional consultations and financial budget control.
• Communicated with client on change control management, monthly payment certificates and resolve challenges faced by the project.
• Supervised the operation of piloting the plant, executed operating procedures and implemented control strategies to ensure consistency to standards.

Assigned to build the reinforced kolokreek pipeline for the leading oil enterprise SHELL in Port Harkourt, Nigeria

Achievements:
• Accomplished the given project within a record time of one year and a budget constraint of 25 million USD.
• Efficiently handled process techniques, operations and logistics by setting schedules, work priorities and monitoring milestones.

Steered the construction of a complex SeaWater Injection Pipeline for Saudi Aramco, with a challenging rehabilitation of 24 in-gas pipeline structures.

• Orchestrated the completion of the project in strict adherence to safety and quality criteria within the defined scope of work.
• Controlled a multimillion dollar budget of 80 M USD, managed financial reporting tasks including cost reports, monthly progress records and hand-over documentation.
• Recommended improvements in both operational guidelines and working conditions, reducing costs and enhancing productivity.

Worked alongside a team of professionals to erect S.A.S.C.O laboratories in Riyadh at a contractual value of 80 million USD

• Reviewed architectural drawings and blue-prints, rendered expert advice on technical and infrastructure plans.
• Prepared construction schedules and milestones and monitored their progress.
• Implemented quality and safety control programs, evaluating the construction project from start to finish.

Commissioned as a structural engineer and progressed to head the design and supervision group in 1985, completed several design pre-casts of engineering projects for factories and commercial buildings.

• Held a supervisory role, inspecting structural concrete and steel structures for the housing estate within the armed forces.
• Worked with teams of project staff ranging from technicians, draughtsmen to quantity surveyors and general foremen, to realize the forecasted projects on a yearly basis

• Gained valuable experience as an assistant project manager building the G100 Hospital at Khamis Mushait.
• Prepared contracts and negotiated revisions, changes and additions to contractual terms.
