Making the contracts for all Key Accounts, Key Prospect & other Active accounts preparing and sending Contract and sign all contracts with tour operators, send rates for all travel agencies and follow up.
Replaying all faxes & e-mails received from local market & others (Allotment, Tour Series, Groups &Individuals).
To control a master file for all the contracts.
Responsible of the Tentative & Definite Groups
To be involved in reviewing the daily sales call reports and follow up on the action to be taken
To handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence in coordination with the sales director corporate and sales director travel.
To be on top of the sales department check list.
Update file load list for all sales team. Responsible for filing all documents related to the sales department
To perform any other duties or tasks requested by the Director of sales or Management.
Maintain good relations with customers in order to ensure their satisfaction.
Responsible for all incoming calls related to the sales department.
Solving any problems can face any travel agent
Establishing and maintain strong and firm relationship with customers
Acquired skills in handling sales and marketing for the travel agency
Sales call through visiting the Companies & over the phone to several Tour operators & Corporate.
Preparing and follow up of events inside and out side for the director of sales
Handling any complain or problem received by mail from the customers with our guests Relation Manager at Villages.
Communication with the International & Local Travel agencies & Corporate, Sending to all of them Contracts Rate after signing it.
Opening new markets, creative marketing tools and Gaining new clients, launching new products
Very Good Relations in Sales with all companies
Make orientations to travel agents with tour operator meeting and greeting customers
