Credit & Data Analyst - New Account Dept
• My main responsibility is to promote Company’s products and services upon customer’s request, report problems and suggestions on daily basis and proceed with online activation/deactivation of features as requested by customers.
• Handle all Customers Service front office (Riyadh - Jeddah - Al Khobar and Aramco office at Dhahran).
• Preparing weekly & monthly reports.
• Find appropriate solutions to problems and complaints.
• Broad relationship with key clients and VIP’s customers.
• Extensive experience organizing and arrangement.
• Experience things credit.
• Many other responsibilities.
• Reviling the new applications and approving them.
• Approving the commission for the dealers.
• Manage calls received by large account agents from companies.
• Manage calls received by provisioning department agents from dealers.
• Salve the dealer’s disputes with all customers.
• Mange the resaved mobile numbers and the special numbers as well.
• Run all activities for the mentioned divisions as of ( hiring, budgeting, staff scheduling ).
• Developing daily, weekly and monthly activations reports.
• Create, verify and activate new accounts ( individual and corporate ).
• Daily sales / activation report per country, region & city.
• Customers satisfaction and complains issues.
• Comparing and analyzing all bank statement whit daily deposit slip.
• Check out all the invoices for all sales man ( staff - dealers ) to approve and confirm it to finance dept .
