1- Administrative Responsibilities and Duties:
a. Prepare reports on the activities and functions assigned to my manager in accordance with the Institute's approved reporting system, and submit the reports on the fixed dates and as per the request of the direct Manager.
b. Supervise the Section and ensure work progression in accordance with the regulations.
c. Submit periodical reports to the management on the actual accomplishment compared to the planned, and, in addition, the reports should indicate the obstacles facing the Section.
d. Maintain the confidentiality of information, which I obtain during the performance of my job.
e. Safeguard and protect the Institute's assets, including optimal use of the resources under the managers supervision.
f. Ensure that the approved standards are being observed through follow-up and analysis of the periodical reports, and take appropriate decisions to avoid or to compensate for fault and negligence.
g. Organize and keep information, data, and documents, and take the decision within the authorities vested in me. Such information and documents shall be maintained in a manner that facilitates easy access and reference.
2- Organizational Functional and Duties
a. Supervise policymaking processes, and the procedures relating to the work, and suggest future modifications that suit the adopted Institute's regulations.
b. Identify the problems and obstacles facing performance of the work, and report them to the direct manager
c. Demonstrate knowledge of quality standards and best practice; open to new ideas, builds partnerships for learning and knowledge sharing.
d. Promote collaboration and facilitates teamwork across HITH IT teams and its external service providers; is tactful, diplomatic and works with integrity, honesty and respect for others.
e. Display exceptional listening, analytical skills to understand HITHs Office of Technology needs, concerns, and the ability to respond promptly and effectively to these needs.
