Working with Crisplant a/s (Danish International Design Build Contractor - member of Beumer Group International) in Doha, Qatar on all awarded EPC, O&M contracts and tender proposals including the prestigious New Doha International Airport project as the BHS contractor of packages CP-18/CP-30 “Main Passenger Terminal Complex”, CP-19 “Emiri Terminal”, CP-65 “Airport Operation Facility” and Main Contractor of NDIA-79 “Maintenance Hanger” in addition to 2 EPC contracts for Doha International Airport expansions & upgrading with a Gross value of QAR 1.2 Billion via:
1. Contracts & risks administration, commercial management and project controls monitoring for all main EPC, O&M contracts and subcontracts unto successful and timely completion which resulted repetitive business that multiplied the initial awarded contract up to the above various contracts.
2. Commercial valuation, costs estimates, changes management; substantiation, review/approval of Sub-Contractors’ variation/change orders, contra-charges and claims.
3. Prepare, submit and review all interim monthly payments up to approval and payment for the main contracts and review, confirm liability, approve all Subcontractors’ interim monthly payments and invoices.
4. Identified, priced, submitted and negotiated built up/star rates & pro-rata of variation/change orders and claims. Achieved almost 85% of the raised VO/COs and approx. 75% of the claims and 100% of the extensions of time submitted.
5. Pursued arising disputes unto achieving amicable settlements or arbitration processing thereof for all main and subcontracts. Achieved amicable settlements of all disputes with the Employer and subcontractors with the exception of one subcontractor case that was processed to arbitration.
6. Provided contractual support & review of all tenders’ terms and conditions with the sales & tendering teams of the ME regional office in Dubai, via HQ in Denmark and with the group HQ in Germany.
7. Minimized risks during the tendering stage review through adding constraints, conditions, options, costs etc. and at pre-contract stage by modifying the terms, conditions and wording of the contracts.
8. Assured positive cash flow during tendering submission and maintained the same during execution.
9. Achieved/maintained the planned margins during execution unto completion.

1. Managed the design & documentation in coordination with in/off house design teams and Sub-Consultants (Architectural, Structural, MEP, Fire engineering, Traffic & QS/Cost management) in addition to DP’s Sub-Consultants (Interior, lighting, signage/way finding & landscaping).
2. Value engineering, risks management, pre/post contract administration, verified/issued all design/construction invoices, managed changes (VOs/COs & claims) and administered arising disputes.
3. Processed tenders, handled; queries/addendums, tech. & financial appraisal, pre-award/pre-contract negotiations unto LOI/LOA and Contracts Agreements.
