Worked on TABS7(Postpaid Billing Solution) up gradation project in Airtel Bangladesh on
1. Implement OPBI (Operational BI) for BSS solution.
2. Refresh OPBI database to refresh through overnight ETL process.
3. Prepare SOP for ETL maintenance & enhancement for operation team.

1. Complaint Workflow Management, for call center complaint register.
2. Campaign Management System, to promote new product to customer or any sort of communication for a certain segment of customer.
3. Web Services (API), for other third party integration with TABS7 (VAS, PaymentGateway etc.)
4. TBS (Telco Bill ToolBox), this application uses to create text file to generate the invoice PDF after every bill cycle.
PROJECT : AIRTEL, NIGERIA(OPERATION)

Process CDR more than 22 million subscriber in data warehouse to ensure the NRT(Near Real Time)
data available to business for analysis.
Manage database which is more than 20TB.
Ensure the backup of all processed CDR(s) in data warehouse.
Ensure the data quality in each stage of the integration.
Analysis & requirement gathering to fit the current, prioritized goals of the organization.
Extracted data from Oracle database and flat files, perform mappings and load it into target Oracle
tables by SQL Loader & external table.
Design Logical and Physical modeling of database.
Design and develop data validation, load processes (ETL) using Oracle Data Warehouse Builder.
Developed procedures, functions and database triggers using PL/SQL.
Involved in unit testing, integration testing and system Testing.

Designing, integrating, review and optimization of reporting framework (OBIEE Admin, Answer, Dashboard) and data modeling.

Ensure the successfully completion of ETL(CRM, ARM, MEDIATION, BILLING, INVENTORY etc.) process
within KPI.
Develop & maintain the new process flow and mapping in ETL process using OWB to integrate with
production system.
Configure Fast Reader tools to Extract data from the production database.
Develop script to spool data into *.csv and send via mail automatically and FTP to different server.
Analysis business process and prepare new report and deploy into Discoverer reporting portal for
business users.
Generate ad-hoc reports using Oracle Discoverer10g (Admin & Desktop).
Perform various type of data migration from different system to production system.
Daily & Monthly analysis on revenue, customer segmentation, recharge trend with RA(Revenue
Assurance), Credit Control, Roaming, Finance, Sales & Marketing group.
Maintain all type of change trail in production system.

Implement TABS7 billing reporting portal for Airtel Nigeria which extract data from production system and refresh the reporting system through overnight ETL process, which support all kinds of postpaid revenue tracker, daily & monthly billing KPI, collection KPI, gross adds KPI, inventory KPI, adhoc reporting.
This product developed based on below tools

2) Oracle Warehouse Builder 11.2 including repository.

Oracle Discoverer Reporting Portal & Data Analysis
Developed various reports requested by business users within scope according to the management
requirements.
Ad-hoc analysis and SQL scripting on CDR, CRM, ARM module data.
Analysis various business processes like Provisioning, Interconnect, Credit control, Billing
system, CDR processing, revenue, recharge, MOU, Retailer/Dealer commission giving process.

Responsibilities
❑ Monitor 24/7 total billing process, Database (Oracle10g) & System (HP Unix) Status, CDR (Call
details record) generation, data center.
❑ Monitor various backup (RMAN & file system) statuses which perform in schedule time.
❑ Take ZDB (Zero Downtime Backup) in every Midnight through the script. If there's any problem in either Database, System or Application then inform it to the respective person.
❑ Generate trouble ticket for each incidence.
