▪Lead and oversee daily activities
▪All aspects of accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets general ledger, bank reconciliation and payroll.
▪Maintenance of proper books of accounts by ensuring monthly and annual trail balance and accounts finalized, complete, accurate, timely and all amounts fully analysed.
▪Revenue recognition by projects with optimum effectiveness and efficiency, also implying more complex allocations of accrued and deferred costs and revenues.
▪Ensure financial books comply with US GAAP, group policies and procedures.
▪Convert accounts from US GAAP to local GAAP, identify and perform adjustments with the support of external tax advisors.
▪Work with a common chart of accounts and its mapping to mandatory country charts, and multiple cost centres.

▪Month-end closes to ensure timely submission of corporate reporting.
▪The year-end group reporting package, inclusive of entries for worldwide consolidation and US mass taxing filling; reconcile with various business unit accountants in the group.
▪Ensure compliance with accounting standards: processes and internal control.
▪Advice on construction on progress to reach the desirable results.
▪To do closing and reporting in monthly, quarterly and yearend base, according to the provided schedule.
▪Validating capitalization and retirement of fixed assets on Oracle application.
▪Ensure compliance with accounting policy.
▪Providing assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements.
▪Investigate the obsolescence of fixed assets.
▪Analyses and reports fixed asset balances and ensures depreciation is accurate and complete.
