I managed the store with day to day duties, i did training with staff, i did business contracts and upgrades, sales, up selling and cross selling, telesales, presentations at companies promoting our products, document control, stock ordering and loading on the system, insurance claims, i worked closely with our head office with regards to networking our branch. As a manager i thrived on service excellence, to me my stores growth depended on my ability to provide a service second to none and i expected nothing less from my staff. I realised that a happy customer always comes back and the best form of advertising is word of mouth due to the experience a customer has in my store, having been on both sides of the counter has allowed me to better my service delivery on evry level, My personality enables me to communicate to a diverse aray of customers due to South Africas rainbow nation, i learn very easily and adapt to any situation comfortably, i do believe that my experience in sales and my drive to reach targets makes me an asset to any company i work well with in a group and independantly. there in lies formula for success for any business
