Currently working with sunline services as an Aircraft turnaround Coordinator to handle Qatar Airways at Chicago Ohare international airport at terminal 5 . Main Responsibilities are Coordination with centralized load control for aircraft weight and balance, , Close Coordination with cargo department and passenger services, provide Loading instructions to loading staff for accurate loading as per instructions, incase of any change in baggage planning update central load planner and request new edition of loading instruction, provide estimated zero fuel weight to captain, prepare fuel docs.finalized the flight and got the final fuel fuel figure from captain and send it to central load planner and make sure load sheet is released minus ten minutes before schedule departure.incase of any last minute change amend the load sheet. Also reponsible for providing the flight plan and dispatch briefing to captain . also help boarding staff in expediting the boarding process.
Worked as a Flight Supervisor from Dec 2009 to Dec 2013.My Main Responsibilities were to supervise all the UN Flights operating from Islamabad International Airport and to ensure all turn around activities of UN Flights are done according to the safety requirements of the local civil aviation authority and SOP of the United Nations Humanitarian Air Services.
