• Assist the Country Team Leader (CTL) in organizing and coordinating all CAFS’ activities in Nigeria
• Identify, formulate and develop project proposals aimed at supporting CAFS’ programme strategies
• Implementation of policies, strategies and guidelines, aimed at effective delivery of training and Technical Assistance (TA) services
• Collate and articulate program activity inputs in country into the National Work Program, budget and other statutory reports.
• Undertake periodic visits to project sites to monitor and provide technical assistance to CAFS’ programmes.
• Work on appropriate research and surveys and recommend appropriate actions
• Identify operational problems and make appropriate recommendations.
• Delivery of lectures/talks on related SRH/FP programmes as and when required
• Serve as resource person in CAFS’ training programmes
• Prepare and conduct periodic review of training delivery protocols
• Represent CAFS at external committee meetings, conferences, seminars and workshops
• Document, monitor and evaluate CAFS’ activities in Nigeria, including activity and progress reporting and dissemination of learning.
• Maintain ongoing contacts with players in the population and health sector at all levels in Nigeria, especially the SRH and rights and HIV/AIDS community, to monitor developments, trends and needs and to initiate the necessary actions to ensure that the mission of CAFS and CAFS’ activities remain relevant, utilized and effective.
• Ensure financial probity of CAFS Nigeria Country office; management of bank accounts, payments and tracking of office expenses, including production of status reports and drafting of CAFS Nigeria office budget

• Planning and implementation of Advocacy and community mobilization activities
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of Reproductive health, HIV and AIDS sensitization workshops targeted at the whole camp community (Orientation training)
• Dissemination of IEC materials
• Recruitment of volunteers
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of Reproductive health and HIV/AIDS Peer Education Training workshop for volunteer Corp members (Master training)
• Mobilization of the camp community to access HCT service using multiple channels including Camp based electronic media

• Assessment of staff members’ needs in terms of their knowledge and attitude towards the uptake of HIV preventive practices
• Development of curriculum for sensitization workshop
• Planning, implementation, facilitation and evaluation of sensitization and workplace HIV/AIDS policy development workshop
• Development of workplace HIV/AIDS policy
• Linkage and referrals of staff members and their families to HIV/AIDS service centres

• Planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH), HIV and AIDS projects targeted at increasing utilization of SRH, family planning and HIV/AIDS information and services.
• Planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of other health oriented projects including water and sanitation
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of capacity building programmes
• Coordination of referrals for HCT and other HIV related services.
• Planning, implementation and monitoring of Advocacy and community mobilization activities
• Planning implementation and evaluation of secured livelihood projects

• Planning, implementation and monitoring of Sexual Reproductive Health programmes
• Report writing to PPFA-African regional head quarters and New York
• Review of fundable proposals written and submitted by Implementing Partners.
• Development of Reproductive health and HIV/AIDS fundable proposals
• Analysis of progress and financial reports submitted by implementing partners, using Logical Framework Analysis tool
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of capacity building programmes including technical assistance for implementing partners
• Planning, implementation, analysis and report of SRH operational researches
• Planning, monitoring and evaluation of specific project activities targeted at increasing demand for, and access to comprehensive SRH education and services
