 Implemented a management information system on MAXIMO to improve decision-making.
 Led the Lagos & Benin stores reorganisation project to identify redundant spares, catalogue engineering spares to conform to standard modifier descriptions, review stores processes and deploy MAXIMO, which reduced stock value by 50% and item retrieval time to 4mins through proactive stores issuing.
 Co-ordinated the Control Assurance and Risk management effort to meet Sarbanes-Oxley Legislation.
 Deployed Citrix to enable remote running of business applications from Aba, Benin and 8 Depot locations.
