Recruitment of medical staff i.e. doctors and nurses, technicians, other hospital employees, responsible for the day to day running of HR department, i.e. writing policies and procedures, staff training, staff development and succession planning, payroll, staff welfare issues, etc. a member of the executive committee of the hospital
Provide consultancy in HR, Administration, Marketing, Training
Primary Focus:
- Plans, Directs, controls and coordinates the marketing of the Institutes programs and services.
- Ensures 100% placement of students within the given time frame.
-Ensures public relation activities with Government Agencies and Institutes.
Secondary Focus:
- Accountable for total image of Institute within the owning company's philosophy.
- Development and getting results through his team.
-Accountable for implementing academic policies in the Institute.
-Managing the local environment.
Tertiary Focus:
-Coordinates the identification of departmental equipment and resources needs through planning and budgeting in consultation with CEO/ MD.
- Supervises the administration of Institutes budget.
- Identifies and participates in planning facilities, needs for the institutional and instructional effectiveness.
Scope:
Responsible to build circulation / distribution of Institutes Programs:
- Provides marketing and sales directives to develop a strong base of corporate clients while raising the center's stature and visibility.
- Serves as chief academic officer of the center.
- Providing leadership in implementation of the academic operations guidelines in the center.
- Provides leadership for business and industry initiatives and community education activities.
- Responsible for budget preparation and controls; administration and management of Human Resources of the Institute.
Overseeing and Supervising the operations of the following departments in the Hotel, i.e Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Laundry, Fitness Center, Human Resource & Training.
Ensuring their compliance with the set standards and advising their respective department heads, in case of any deviation.
Responsible for Risk Management and Risk Assessment practices.
Responsible for Total Quality Management.
Chairman of the Environment Committee, ensuring adherence with the various environmental issues.
Chairman of the Sports and Social Committee, which organizes an ongoing social and sports activities for the employees all year round.
Implementation of Training Academy within the hotel
Responsible for Human Resources department of the Hotel in:
Manitaining optimum staffing levels in all departments within budgeted headcount.
Preparing annual expense and headcount budgets.
Ensuring selection and recuritment procedures are implemented.
Responsible for training of all employees, in assiting their department heads and supervisor for prepartion of training needs.
Preparing the monthly training calendar.
Ensuring all training programs and workshops are conducted and carried out.
Annual Review of all employess salary scale.
Annual Performance review for all employees, i.e. Managerial, Supervisory and Rank and File.
Engage in salary review discussions with General Manager and Department Head.
Responsible for employee recognition programs.
Assisting department heads in preparing succession program for thier employees.
Obtaining work permits for new employees.
Responsible for Staff Cafeteria, in terms of food prepartion and hygiene and ensuring quality of food meets the employee expectations.
Responsible for employee housing and their facilities.
Overlooking with the Hotel Nurse the Medical department.
Preparing annual social and sports calendar for the hotel.
Responsible for 400+ employees of 28 nationalities and backgrounds.
Chairman of Employee Welfare Committe.
Chairman of Employee Food Committe.
Chairman of Sports and Social Committe.
Chariman of Environment Committee.
Responsible for the food and beverage department, with six outlets, banqueting hall, outside catering, Marketing and Merchandising various products in the department.
Working closely with the sales and marketing manager in organising various food and beverage events.
Assisting the executive chef in managing his kitchen operation.
Ensuring optimum staffing levels in all outlets.
Ensuring optimum service levels are maintained.
Annual and periodical budgetry prepartion and control of expense of the department.
Preparing Revenue generation forecasts in addition to their action plans.
Supervision: 140 employees.
Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager and being in-charge of the department during his absence.
Responsible for supervision of all resturant managers.
Responsible for supervision of banquet manager.
Responsible for assisting in prepartion of menus and beverage lists and costing of the same.
Responsible for preparing action plans for various food and beverage events and theme nights.
Helping resturant manager in preparing their rotas to ensure better utilisation of manpower.
Coordinate and assit the Exec. Chef in kitchen related matters.
Working with Business Development and PR manager, in preparing the event calendar and marketing of the same.
As I spent 8 years in the Materials department, I decided to move into a new venue \ department in the hotel where I selected food and beverage department, however,

Trained with Food and Beverage Manager and Assistant in prepartion for the position of Assistant F&B Manager.
Responsible for purchasing of ALL items needed in the hotel. i.e China, Glassware, Silverware, Linen, Machinery and Spare Parts, Stationary, Office equipment, Fruits and Vegetabels.
All the above items where either purchased locally or imported from oversees.
Responsible for making and pursuing thier importation documentation.
Responsible also in maintaing optimum minimum and maximum stock levels of all store itmes.
Responsible for the print shop of the hotel.
Responsible for clearing all items through customs and ports.
Ensuring a proper follow up system and smooth running of the department.
Supervision: 9 Empolyees.
Responsible for buying of all required items for the Hotel. i.e. linen, chinaware, fruits and vegetables, beverages, spare parts, machinery, etc.
Supervision: None.
Responsible for Warehousing, Manitaining, Repairing and SELLING of Multi million Dollars worth of Tools, Spare Parts of Heavy Duty Machinery i.e Large and Small Cranes, Fork Lifts, Welding Machines, Bulldozer, Loaders, Heavy Duty Comperssors, pipe layers, Trailers, Trucks(GMC, Kenworth).
Also in-charge of loading and off-loading those machinery for export purposes, in addition to preparing thier export documentation.
Supervision: 15 employees
Owner of construction company, for building of houses and villas as well acquirning maintenance for various construction and repair jobs.
Supervision of 50 employees under my direct sponsorship
Responsible for receiving, issuing and dispatching of heavy duty machinery and spare parts in addition to preparing their documentation for export purposes and also for selling in the local market
