Closely monitor all submittals variation requests and site instructions and make suitable amendments to ensure budgets are maintained.
Closely monitor the progress of projects and make recommendation in areas of slippage and identify & define the critical paths and to take corrective actions.
Monitor and control snagging lists and be able to advice acceptance/ rejection of final completion.

Performed the vital role of client Interface, reporting directly to the client - (Executive Directorate Area Services Division Municipality of Western Region, Abu Dhabi) and to the Managing Director - Tangram Architects & Designers. Giving consultancy to the client - Government of Abu Dhabi, Western Region Municipalities on a variety of large scale Design & Build projects in line with Abu Dhabi 2030 Urban Structural Frame work Plan.
Responsible for all activities pertaining to project initialisation, coordination with architect, consultants & contractors of different disciplines, project scheduling and monitoring.
Also coordinating for cost scheduling and monitoring, contract formulation and administration, construction supervision & quality control, vendor development and overall completion of the large/complex projects within the stipulated time frame and scheduled budgets.
Coordinating with a team of project managers to achieve profitability targets of a project, client satisfaction through effective teamwork.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Representing Tangram, stationed at the Client’s (WRM) Madinat Zayed offices, achieved client's approvals on various design & build concepts for various projects in line with the WRM vision for the cities of Madinat Zayed, Ghayathi and Sila. Majority of the approved design concepts had already crossed the project initiation, detailed design phases and were undergoing either the tender process and/or were under execution, at the time when I had to change the course of my career path by moving on to (SD Concept) under the implementation of 360 degree restructuring plan for the Western Region Municipality. “List of projects available on request”
KAMAL OSMAN JAMJOON EST. (RETAILER / RETAIL REAL ESTATE / PROPERTY DEVELOPER & JOINERY FIT-OUT MANUFACTURER), GCC, HO-DUBAI, UAE
Responsible for International portfolio covering vast regions of GCC, Europe (Greece) & Africa (Egypt). Reporting to the CEO and handling all aspects of project management, planning and coordination activities for a large number of projects.
Managing construction at multiple sites across the business (international portfolio), liaise with KOJ internal teams, consultants and general contractors/other stakeholders from project initiation phases, pre/post-design/build activities through to projects handing over in compliance with the KOJ’s business growth plan.
Entrusted with the additional responsibility of maintenance of the retail real estate and existing/new facilities across the business and managing of the Joinery fit-out material & resource planning team/operations.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Successfully delivered more than 300 new / refurbished outlets in excess of AED 350 Millions, crossed the borders of GCC, penetrating into the markets of Egypt, Europe (Greece). Instrumental in building a team of 125 members within the first 12 months of my 3.5 years span with the KOJ. Key role in delivering 3rd Party Shop Fit Out management services (manufacturing/supply & build), to some of the international well known retail brands, earning a revenue of AED 7 Millions in one year. Revolutionary in Cost Cuttings up to 60% by supply & build of entire range of shop fittings/joinery fit outs for all KOJ brands by upgrading and managing an in house joinery fit-out manufacturing/installation facility in coordination with pre qualified local/international building sub-contractors and material/accessories suppliers. Established and led a team initiating development of private properties for the owner/CEO of the company (Industrial, Residential & commercial mixed use facilities), Spearheaded three projects in excess of AED 87 Million. And then I decided to take a more challenging assignment by moving on to Tangram / WRM.

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Reporting directly to the GM, with overall responsibility of all aspects of activities pertaining to execution of interior turnkey projects from proposal stage through design stage up to completion.
▪ Responsible for timely completion of projects within budget, schedule and within the frame work of quality and safety compliances.
