Area manager of Jeddah area, which contain 3 commercial factories and one site plant.
my role as Area manager are managing and integrating the effort of Sales, Quality and Operations teams of Jeddah area to achieve our area`s targets, build excellent relationship with our clients by:
•Manage daily operations of branch office to meet business goals.
•Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.
•Develop safe and positive work environment for staffs.
•Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
•Develop strong working relationship with potential clients for new business opportunities within the assigned area.
•Analyze capital budget and expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability.
•Develop business plans for optimal use of resources and time.
•Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and training staffs.
•Develop marketing plans to achieve sales target and increase brand visibility within the assigned area.
•Perform market research to study consumer behavior, latest trends and competitor activity.
•Organize regular meetings with management to discuss about business updates, issues and opportunities.
•Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans.
•Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.
•Address customer issues and queries in accurate and timely manner.
Day to day management of the factory.

Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
Managing the cost of concrete production, delivery and equipment`s maintenance
Maintain healthy order book to ensure achieving the sales target.

Control the factory production to achieve the annual budget.
Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
Establish and maintain community relations & development targets.
Monitoring and Controlling Resources like raw material, spare parts and manpower.
Implement Environmental management system ISO 14001
1- Direct supervision of the daily schedules and utilization for equipment and manpower.
2-Control the Operation performance for stationary and mobile equipment in plant and on site (batching plants, concrete pumps transit mixers, ice plant, power generators and sand & AGG washing plants).
3-Superintend all the maintenance activities (Preventive, Periodic, Corrective and Breakdown) of all equipment to maintain it in excellent condition within the maintenance`s cost budget.
4-Monitoring daily raw material stock (quantity & quality).
5-Training and evaluation of the new employees.
6-Deal and satisfy customer’s requirements and maintain good relation along with customers.
7-Making daily, weekly, monthly reports, and payroll for operations staff.
8-Implement ISO: 9001, EMS and HSE systems.
