Currently, I am working on a confidential project (mobile app and
web portal), this project will change the insurance market.
Testing Methods: (Moderated and Unmoderated User Testing, Five
Second Tests, Tree Testing, surveys )
Apps: (Sketch, Figma, InVision)

In a few months, I was able to improve the internal portals and e-services
portal (public portal) by creating a new task ow and workflows to satisfy
the users and business needs.

Achievements
Reducing the calls received by the call center. (Complaints, inquiries)
Increase the number of completed transactions.
Make the E-services portal more clear to the user.
Reducing the number of visitors to visit.

My first responsibility was creating one identity and web theme for all internal portals such as (Hajj Man Power, HSP System, E-Prescription System, E-health, Treatment abroad, PHC system).

other responsibility it's to follow up with the system analysts and developers to apply the identity on all systems and the internal portal.
and I was supporting (Mawid and Sihati Apps) teams by giving theme recommendations in user experience.

Achievements:

Standardization design of all systems.
Increase the number of completed transactions in some systems by design a new workflow.
Giving recommendations and suggestions for the Mawid app team.

I worked as a UI Designer/developer, my responsibility was Creating a
design beginning with gathering the client requirements until launch
the site.
