raw material to the finished product through food safety standards.
* Interact closely with production teams to ensure the operators and technicians follow to proper
protocol and ensure products quality.
* Perform monthly work-in-progress inventory and maintain daily production and attendance
records.
* Supervise and motivate team members to improve performance.
* Generate reports related to the production activities for presenting to the management for
strategic decisions.
* Coach and direct team members to ensure efficiency at every level .
Main responsibilities include:
* Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about
the process
* Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options, as well as the terms of
those services
* Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals
