Serving as escalation point for customers, Operations, Overseas Offices and other Parties
Participating in reviews with Product head to identify the areas of improvement, reviewing KPIs and enhancing overall service quality
Lead digitalization priorities for all core operational systems and customer facing applications in country.
Drive benefits realization key areas in the country utilizing experts in reporting, billing, rates, tarrifs, training, master data and architecture.
Working with multiple stakeholders often with differing expectations utilizing Service Promise Dashboard and tools
Close collaboration with regional BuIT/BPO/Ops counter parts and country super users to run an excellent business process management system harmonizing where possible between the regions
Responsible to direct the development and revisions country operational procedures specifically to align with DGF's target enterprise structure
