 Leading, motivating and supervising the Ocean Freight Team
 Handling the operation of Company's Key Accounts
 Driving the Team's performance improvement to Achieve KPIs
 Serving as escalation point for customers, Operations, Overseas Offices and other Parties
 Participating in reviews with Product head to identify the areas of improvement, reviewing KPIs and enhancing overall service quality
 Lead digitalization priorities for all core operational systems and customer facing applications in country.
 Drive benefits realization key areas in the country utilizing experts in reporting, billing, rates, tarrifs, training, master data and architecture.
 Working with multiple stakeholders often with differing expectations utilizing Service Promise Dashboard and tools
 Close collaboration with regional BuIT/BPO/Ops counter parts and country super users to run an excellent business process management system harmonizing where possible between the regions
 Responsible to direct the development and revisions country operational procedures specifically to align with DGF's target enterprise structure
