Leads account focused, cross-divisional, matrixes teams through account selection, account plan development and implementation around shared priorities identified with key accounts, and reports within the Customer Management team using tools and sometimes aiding in tool development, account profiling and selection tools and training refinement. Implementation of approved KAM programs with high degree of customer satisfaction and Novartis team alignment and involvement.
Consultative approach with key accounts' senior leadership in efforts to identify unmet needs, within key therapeutic categories, translating those back to the organization and uses existing tools to address those needs in an expense efficient and compliant manner. Recommend new program ideas and/or solutions that address accounts' patient-facing unmet needs while occasionally working to build out and deliver those program/projects to launch. Stays current on changes within the industry, healthcare infrastructure and regulatory landscape incorporating those learning's as appropriate.
Navigates a complex account environment and understand the needs/issues of various stakeholder groups as well as those that converge at the highest levels. Leverages, where appropriate and in a manner consistent with Novartis policy and the law, knowledge of the Novartis product portfolio and marketing strategy to plan and implement customer programs. Also aligned with overlapping districts in pursuit of targeted sales objectives within defined therapeutic categories.
