• Manage the current facility to move to the new facility in Oct’6th with new production lines and new operations standards.
• Lead the restructuring process to change the level of standards and processes for the full operaions
• Control the productivity, production cost and efficiencies Vs KPI’s and benchmarks
• Prepare the monthly production schedule according to the material requirements planning based on the annual sales forecast.

• Manage the demand, supply and financial exceptions to meet the business objectives.
• Manage the raw materials planning & purchasing processes.

• Prepare the budget analysis related to the capacity, production and inventory planning.
• Approve the supplier qualification and vendor qualification process for the main strategic material suppliers.

Manage the full business as I have the full trading, strategic sourcing network, import/export experience and logistics background allow us to source and ship any item. We currently deal in commodities, food and beverage items, and chemical raw materials and food grade chemicals for cosmotics, Health & Beauty care products manufacturing.
Work as supply chain consultant support all business and assist in establishing the roadmap that will guarantee the optimization of the supply chain organization for years to come.
Managing the supply chain functions for the group to cover the whole needs for all the group business units ( 5 SBU's) for planning, procurement, warehouse and logistics & distributions.
Develop the supply chain organization capabilities to achieve the best output for the supply chain functions
Control the materials cost to achieve the approved materials cost percentage for each business unit (COGS) in the P&L thru the long term agreements, contracts and secured supply plan
Confirm the best practice implementation for the whole cycle to optimize the profitability through pricing, cost reduction coordination, and product life cycle management
Manages the cross-functional relationships and work flow with sales, marketing production, quality and finance to achieve the optimum results
Develop the import/export full cycles to fulfill the domestic and foreign regulations
Develop the departmental standard processes, policies and procedures to be the reference for the whole functions work flow
Develop the group supply chain corporate manual covering the whole activities, processes and procedures, and covering the inter-departmental activities and responsibilities with clear inter-company relationships
Approve the supplier qualification and vendor qualification process for the main strategic materials suppliers
Develop the department KPI's and scorecards needed for the results performance appraisal and target achievement
Develop the department budget and targets with its SMART objectives per function in the supply chain organization
Manage to improve the inventory turn over & working capital, minimize the logistics cost, reduce the execution time in the warehouse & distribution
- Apply the supply chain concept for the ready made garments cycles covering planning, purchasing, production at subcontractors, warehouse & distribution.
- Work on the group level as key member for the group restructuring process.

- Managing the full supply chain activity starting from planning, materials purchase local and import, production, maintenance, warehouses and logistics. Total manpower of 650 people, 5 direct reports
- Restructure the full plant from the local to the multinational organization and environment
- Lead the new expansion projects for the plant
- Lead the plant qualification process to export the company products to Japan, Europe and Middle east countries.
