* Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.

* Ensuring all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports are submitted on time.
* Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll.
* Performs the monthly, financial reconciliation for selected general ledger account, suppliers and inter-group.
* Setting up the production system (ALPHA ERP) at all the group factories.
* Counting the cost of every product and put the standard mix of production elements.
* Analyze the cost deviations to make sure the best usage.

* Manage all accounting transactions.
* Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
* Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
* Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
* Audit financial transactions and documents
* Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
* Comply with financial policies and regulations.

* Participated in audit work of some companies with different activities.
* Manage the accounting work of 2 companies during working in companies support solutions department.
