Project Description
North Gate Mall comprises a total built-up area of around 375, 000 square metres, with a podium comprising two levels of carpark, a three-level mall and six, five-level office buildings. The Mall is positioned as a mid- to premium-development with targeted luxury attracting leading fashion, home, dining, leisure and entertainment brands and outlets along with superior office accommodation.

•Responsibilities:
-Ensure that all project management processes are followed during the project life cycle.
-Reporting on a daily basis to the Hill International Project Manager on all activities occurring on site.
-Holds the necessary meetings with relevant stakeholders (Daily progress meeting, weekly progress, technical meetings, )
-Track the project schedule by monitoring start and finish dates of planned project activities to bring project to its planned delivery date.
-Reviewing contractor reports (Daily site report, Man power reports, weekly and monthly reports and QA/AC reports).
-Monitoring contractor’s performance and compliance with the QA/QC requirements.
-Monitoring consultant performance and reviewing consultant reports (material submittals log, Shop drawing, RFI’s and IR log).
-Coordinate with the team on site to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
-Liaise with the Document Control Team on daily basis for incoming and outgoing submissions.
-Reviewing contractor’s particulars for claims and variations along with contract manager and planning engineers.
-Identifying all the issues that could lead to delay or problems and facilitate solutions.
-Monitoring site processes for snagging, de-snagging, testing and commissioning.

Worker's Hospital and Integrated Healthcare Center will have 120 beds but the capacity can be extended up to 217 beds.The hospital will include outpatient clinics, ambulance services, operation theaters, radiology department, laboratories and all the other necessary services. It will also have independent health centre in addition to a unit of the Medical Commission.

Responsibilities:
•Reporting on a daily basis to the Hill International Project Manager on all activities occurring on site.
•Attending all client meetings and interfacing with the client on a daily basis for all work related to the project.
•Reviewing daily, weekly and monthly reports for site progress - verifying the contractor and subcontractor’s progress against the approved work program.
•Attending all daily and weekly meetings (progress meetings, safety meeting, site walk)
•Coordinate with the team on site to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
•Reviewing all the contractor's particulars for extension of time claim.
•Monitoring contractor’s performance and compliance with the QA/QC requirements.
•Monitoring consultant performance and reviewing consultant reports (material submittals log, IR log, shop drawing log).
•Reviewing contractor material submittals and subcontractors approvals on behave of the client.
•Dealing with QP (Qatar Petroleum) for all the required work permits.
•Recording all daily progress, events, and opportunities for delay and sending that information to the project manager.
•Reviewing and approving of contractors payment requests and issue payment certificates as appropriate.
