• Monitors projects delivery and provides coaching, and counseling, to Public sector project managers.
• Work with EMC CS department to ensure successful operations of the delivered solutions after project delivery. (install base, proactive remote support, support levels)
• Work with channel partners to ensure proper delivery, out sourcing, and invoicing to ensure successful engagement
• Follow opened implementation issues with EMC support organizations, ensure proper departments are involved in the opened issues, ensure proper escalations to avoid time over runs), ensure definition of problem owner.
• Work with Projects and implementation teams to identify as early as possible any compatibility issues, and work with account teams to ensure RPQs are created on a timely manner to avoid implementation delays
• Work with resource managers to identify resources availability for newly booked projects, and availability of the required skills.
• Identifying and working closely with SHs, identifying most influential SHs, building rapport to ensure successful implementation, and support, and future business.
• Drives cost effective and timely delivery of billable implementation services that drive EMC product and service revenues. Reviews and monitors the implementation plans delivered in engagements. Responsible for the effective management of the life cycle of all projects from kickoff to customer hand-off.
• Proactively identifies and provides input into the development of Project Management policies, procedures, standards and strategies. Maintains awareness and involvement in existing or potential customer escalation issues.
