• Create e new customers, new accounts and follow up on the existing customers on
a day to day basis.
• Contact Costumer for taking an appointment.
• Visit outdoor customers Sometimes for offer of our production of signage and signboards.
• listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
• maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
• responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
• negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing deals.

• Communicating with all potential clients to identify their needs to open new
Marketing opportunities & Problem solving.

• Records monthly deposits.
• Process monthly payroll with and records in QuickBooks.
• Balance investments and record in Quickbooks
• Enter new budget annually.
• Provide monthly reports on available funds for departments and committees.
• Produce and report annual tax reports.
• Keep records for annual audits (worker’s comp, etc).
• Can work and communicate with various age groups.
• The ability to communicate with customers.
