MSc Graduation Project Title: Peer Review, a Controlling Tool and Technique in Oil and Gas Projects. I applied my research skills in my master dissertation and performed it with Saudi Aramco. The dissertation topic was in project peer review and how it can be used as a controlling tool helping in delivery of oil and gas projects, I worked with the company in my thesis and designed the project peer review structure and develop a set of review questions for every stage of the project. My dissertation is being implemented now within the company’s capital program as a pilot.
BSc Graduation Project Title: Analysis and Design of High Rise Reinforced Concrete Building (ADL Tower). I analyzed the building using computer program (PROKON), and designed the components of the building such as: Raft and Pile Foundation, Pile Caps, Retaining Walls, Basement, Columns, Flat Slaps, Stair, Shear Walls, and finally estimating the total cost of the project with time plan for execution.
