Under Maintenance division I am responsible to ensure the normal function of DCS, ESD, F&G systems and all PLCs, my duties include also the commissioning of the new installed or upgraded systems
•Engineering design of Yokogawa DCS, ESD and Fire&Gas systems
•Reviews and comments ISG documents related to DCS (PCS, ESD, F&G)
Including equipment specification, Risk assessment, Functional design specification, cabinet layout, network architecture Vnet, Ethernet, Modbus, Mulcom
•Coordinate and participate in the implementation of DCS configuration and graphics development.
•Participate in the Implementation of safety and Fire/Gas Cause &Effect
•Site survey and Audit for REG Train3
•FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) of serial link test of different packages like SOLAR GTG
(Netherlands), Air Compressor Atlas Copco (Dubai), UPS Gutor (Switzerland)
•ICSS Commissioning Engineer of Elmerk Project Algeria
•Engineering design of DCS, ESD and Fire&Gas systems
•Logic and Graphic Programming to reply to the client’s needs and Requirements
•Site survey
•FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
•Commissioning of Yokogawa systems
