- Weekly reporting of the expected monthly ex-works sales and potential risks & opportunities
- Collection of Inland sales data and its communication through “Inland sales & Stock” file
- Collaboration with BPA to ensure full alignment between Inland sales, ex-works sales, forecasts, risks & Opportunities
- Daily follow-up of LC opening and communication of swift copy to the headoffice credit management
- Follow-up of local manufacturing projects in term of analytical transfer and local partner commitment to the agreed project schedule, Regular reporting of the projects status and potential risks.
