1- Prepare Periodic financial analysis to identify trends and/or problems, prepare evaluations and recommendations based on financial analysis to the top management for consideration..

Main Responsibilities include:
-Planning, implementing a, developing and controlling financial policies & explaining these policies and plans for the departments’ heads, and supervising all the related procedures.
-Implements and manages an internal audit programs and provides information to external auditors.
--Develop and maintain a cash management program to ensure an adequate working capital and return on cash balances addressing the investment needs
-Prepare, planning and implementing forecasting for Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow on yearly basis as well as monthly basis, with comparison the actual results with budgeting reports.
-Prepare and analyze all financial reports to come up on timely basis with the proper recommendation and valuable decision for the management
-Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances
-Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate regulations, and corporate policies and business unit procedure.
-Manage contract-change control process. Liaise and interact with concerned departments to incorporate inputs/changes to the draft contracts.
-Prepare the financial information periodical and historical, ratios, and budgetary analysis.
-Communicate & coordinate with governmental & non-governmental organizations in the activities of administrative & financial affairs, & the exchange of data and information in accordance with the rules and instructions.
• Identify the needs of the Department of Manpower, equipment and tools & follow-up provided.
-Supervise the administrative & technical: the activity of financial affairs, including the accounts & income & expenses & direct the work & coordination, & ensure the safety & effectiveness of performance and the achievement of harmony and integration among them, & consider all the issues that are in this regard.
Main Responsibilities include:
-Totally responsible for implementing all the financial & accounting principals
-Implement auditing procedures including technical and documentary auditing and implementing all auditing standards.
-Determine internal control system and the elements involves in reviewing system continuously to scrutinize the negative factors in the system and suggest solutions and plans to eradicate in time.
-Prepare and determine goals and achieves of the accounts dept and allocate the jobs to all dept members and direct the work effectively towards the stated goals
-To converse and discuss variations and discrepancies in regards to the financial policies implemented with the financial authorities and hence, reach to an agreement for the changes, it based on analysis of all accounts.
-Always coordinate with the I. T. Dept. for accounting data entry and reports and the access which shall provide to other dept and study the results of any changes on system master files and advice for which better.
-Always coordinate with internal and external auditors and discuss with them as regards to accounting procedures implemented and supported documents and policies which followed in recording all financial transactions.
-Prepare Financial and accounting reports by end of each month to submit to concerned parties.
-Prepare financial statements in time requested and follow up auditing and legalization from the external auditors in coordination with the F.M.
-Prepare analytical studies on provisions and accrued and depreciation and deferred accounts and others
-Prepare quarterly report for performance of the accounts dept.
-Determine the Trail balance finalization procedures and financial statements procedures at the end of the financial period, which should be simple and clearly stated for all to conceive.
-Set procedures for fixed assets inventory also for inventory physical counting and also prepare the inventory lists and committees.
