As instructor the main objective is to transfer the ideas from you to your audience & try to understand their questions & inquiries and not only give them the answer but also you need to integrate your answer with the general topic of the lecture.
Also you are responsible to keep the attention of your audience & to not answering the unrelated question with your topic in public as you can postpone them to the break so as to keep the tone of the lecture & to not lose any of your audience attention or even to go far away from your lecture in other topics. Also as instructor I am not shying to say I don’t know, or I will search and get back to you, also if I give a wrong information which might not be happened, then I apologize to my audience & correct this information to them.
Recruited to finalize the audit engagements & give consultations on the different financial cases & accounting methods through demonstrating knowledge of clients' accounting systems, participating in the Pre-plan of engagements relative to the size of the audit to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, participating in the planning process before beginning the fieldwork, preparing management letters by identifying control weaknesses & their implications and give our recommendations on these weaknesses, implementing audit procedures in accordance with risk assessment and engagement team discussion, planning and executing tests of controls and substantive procedures on all material audit areas, helping my team in their daily audit works including substantive works, identifying and reporting issues arising during the audit which could lead to prospective qualification and matters to be reported to the Audit committee and BOD, finalizing the audit assignments, discussing the audit engagement findings with the Audit Service Manager; Partner; and the Client management, ensure that all audit program steps have been completed, ensure that all significant matters on the audit have been identified; addressed; and resolved, reviewing the preparation and finalization of the financial statements, reviewing the company conformity with laws & regulations as applicable in the country, performing overall analytical review for the financial statements, developing relationship with our clients and management, establishing financial departments system by doing organizational restructures; Policies; Procedures; & other reviews related to these financial departments daily works, making job descriptions then segregating the related functions (authorization, custody, & recording), audits of accounting systems and costs, devising system documentation using flow charts and diagrams, performing Internal Audits (the ordinary internal audit & also by using the new COSO framework but on a narrow scale), handling various aspects of financial audit & special assignments as a part of the daily work.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:
• Supervise & Lead a team of four members, & acts as a mentor for the new employees in the company.
• Mentoring the new employees & coaching them on how to start audit & giving them fifteen hours training.
• Achieve a yearly Marketing target of SR 750.000 every year.
• Supervise & manage the accounting service for the branch of one of the world biggest Railways construction companies then issuing the monthly trial balances & its Quarterly Financial Statements.
• Holds a Due Diligence assignment for the biggest glass plant in Jabil Ali, UAE.
• Support client relationships and general marketing initiatives.
• Understanding the audit process from the planning phase up to the reporting phase, & using the Case Ware (audit software) in the daily work, also preparing financial statements according to GAAP; IFRS; Saudi standards “SOCPA”; & Egyptian standards.
• Performing the Planning and the audit of listed and limited liability companies & also the sole proprietorship.
• Analyze the Financial statements by using Excel (e.g. common size statements, ratios then compare them with the benchmarks), also preparing accounting cycles using Excel (B/S, I/S & Cash Flows).

CMA review course. IFRS & IAS.
Economic courses. The Financial departments & how to Restructuring them. Audit Methodologies & how to do a perfect audit file.
• Giving more than Seventeen lectures in Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) as a CPE’s for the CPA’s in KSA.
AUD, FAR, REG, & BEC sections passed with scores 89, 83, 80, & 77 respectively. Finalize the CPA within one year
