Brief: A combined role between Underwriting, Reinsurance, Claims and Corporate Customer Relation in the Property, Engineering, Casualty, Financial Institutions and other lines.
Major Responsibilities:
Train, lead & manage the team of CROs, CRMs & Senior SRMs in all matters related to (client relationships, production, business development, periodic reporting… etc).
Reviewing and analyzing data in proposal forms submitted by clients, determining the credit worthiness of the applicant, address and assess the risks involved when insurance coverage is requested.
Preparing reinsurance slips and supporting information needed to contact facultative reinsurers for risks placements.
Preparing proposals, quotations and renewal quotations to clients/reinsurers, contact and follow up with them.
Responding to all clients' inquiries, services and renew existing insurance portfolio, follow up on Claims and Endorsements.
Prepare policies to be ready to dispatch to clients.
Liaising with other departments on an ongoing basis including Claims, Reinsurance, Finance and collection to ensure smooth operation of all internal processes.
Prepare regular reports in coordination with the department manager.
Conducting initial (Risk assessments & Claims) reports.
Handling claims for small accounts in coordination with the department manager.
Developing good relationships with Brokers /existing and potential clients through continuous field visits and other PR tools.
Conduct trainings & presentations of department's insurance types for other employees in our company.
