-Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
-Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
-Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and wages and reporting on this.
-Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income, social insurance taxes, employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.

-Handle all labor office issues to ensure the company procedures are in line with the law.
Develop, implement and periodically update the Human Resources program and policies and
employee handbook.
- Responsible for develop and update the job descriptions for all positions, company organizational
chart, Headcount, Manpower budget and turnover reports.
- Receives approved hiring requests, Contact short listed candidates, conduct phone screening
investigation, conduct proper testing according to requirements, conduct initial interviews, and
coordinates with concerned department heads to schedule technical interviews.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to faster positive attitude toward organizational
objectives.
- Renew employee's contracts.
- Handle all labor office issues to ensure the company procedures are in line with the law.
Represent clients in criminal and civil litigation and other legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and manage or advise clients on legal transactions.
Bachelor of Law with Good overall degree
