o Studying and analyzing customers’ behavior and evaluating their satisfaction.
o Conducting in-depth data analysis using traditional and advanced methods.
o Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically, translating complex findings into written text and provide recommendations.
o Participated in (45) projects and researches during the last 3 years in different sectors in Egypt, KSA & for many clients such as:
