-Investigate and efficiently resolve moderate trouble facing Matrix System users in all UNMIS regions by Providing on-call support
-Monitor operations of HR IT system
-Plan and lead all stage including requirement gathering, design, development, acceptance and implementation of modification of existing system.
-Prepare presentation and provide training to all HR System Users
-Team leader for database group and member in performance and post management team in HRS
-Plan and lead all stages including (requirement gathering, design, development, acceptance, implementation) of IT projects for new systems, development and modification of existing systems,
-Responsible for Sudan judiciary web site update,
-Troubleshoot systems operations and network problems
-Ensure that delivered applications are fully compliant with the end user requirements and the Judiciary rules of operation.
-Participate in the IT process (design, build, test, deploy) for Judiciary developed IT solutions.
-Review, analyze and approve the design and development of vendor modules and applications.
-Act as a testing resource during applicable phases of the project lifecycle (unit and integration testing).
-Maintain a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, programming languages, operating systems and databases.
-Coordinate and implement training for users of the new IT system
As teaching assistant, I was responsible for laboratories, providing assignment,
and tests to students to insure high performance during course work.
