Providing leadership for the asset Reliability & Condition Monitoring section to
ensure that team members share the same vision.
Leading Engineering Field Services in the Asset Reliability Technologies of the
company as Vibration Analysis, Field Balancing, Laser Alignment, Ultrasound, and
Infrared Thermography.
Ensure section workgroups meet all training and develops and builds strong team of
service engineers to perform jobs as should be.
Increase company’s share in the condition monitoring services through service
contracts.
Managing the Asset Reliability & services business plan and providing advice to the
General Manager on direction and management of the department’s asset
reliability and services systems and practices.
Managing the section budgets and financial resources in alignment with annual
plan.
Ensure the effective utilization of resources in conjunction with other
Departments.
Conducting routine vibration monitoring routes for the purpose of compliance and
reliability.
Developing recommendations for machinery repair based on deficiencies found
during analysis.
Responding to call out requests for machinery troubleshooting using vibration
analysis tools.
Coordinating and conducting pre and post shut down machine surveillance
requirements.
Ensuring data obtained is documented per the plant standards.
Maintaining the plant vibration database on all area rotating equipment for use in
problem diagnosis.
Reporting out findings from data collected and online vibration monitoring per
plant procedures.
Ensuring that plant vibration systems are maintained and optimized.
Experience in rotating equipment root cause failure analysis
Experience with other PdM technologies is a plus, i.e., ultrasonic, laser alignment,
infrared thermographs, and multi-channel acquisition systems.
Give support to regional Operations and Maintenance teams about the faults,
reliability and technical issues detected and the recommended actions. Follow up
of the feedback and actions
Diagnose breakdowns. Define Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) trigger points &
implementing corrective and improvement plans resulting from the RCFAs. Define
and setup critical spare parts to ensure they are when needed.
Very good mechanical knowledge base with typical plant equipment such as
compressors, fans, gearboxes and rolls.
Provide ongoing support and technical leadership for the Predictive Maintenance
program; including and future enhancements to the vibrations analysis, infrared
thermograph and lubrication management efforts.
Provide technical support to maintenance planning and scheduling functions.
Getting periodic oil samples to detect oil condition and decide if the oil needs to
change or filtrate and perform the right inspection for equipment components
according to contamination in oil analysis report.

Conduct root cause analysis of aircraft technical problems/defects which may
cause aircraft groundings and to initiate the remedial actions including the
implementation of service bulletins and manufacturer/vendors recommendations.
To ensure that all required maintenance is carried out within specified timescales
in the most cost effective manner and that technical dispatch reliability is
constantly improved through a robust reliability programmed.
Monitor the engine performance through EHM software and to conduct root
cause analysis of engine problems and initiate the remedial actions.
Ensure technical support is provided for Maintenance and Operation teams to
assure airworthiness and reliability of aircraft, engines, avionics and related
equipment as appropriate.
