Safer Exploration Production and Operations Co. explore and produce crude oil & gas.
Makes the necessary treatment and exports crude via 26" line to Red Sea- Ras Issa port for export. Natural Gas exported to Balhaf (Yemen LNG) export it to other countries.
I am reporting to QHSSE manager in Sana'a and site manager in the field. I managed a
team of 19 fire and safety technicians and supervisors.
Main Responsibility: 2. Conduct safety & fire training for site employees.
3. Prepare and manage PTW.
1. Investigate and report accidents.
4. Carry out safety inspection. In plants, pump stations and camp.
5. Follow up implementation company safety policy.
6. Participate in the operations daily meeting.
7. Supervise employees' monthly group safety meeting.
8. Participate in the project safety meeting.
9. Prepare the annual budget for field HSE department.
10. Prepare field annual activity plan.
11. Stimulate creativity and spread lateral learning on HSE matters across the organization to promote awareness and behavioral change.
12. Periodical contacts with supervisors to discuss and give advice on work or safety procedural issues.
13. Periodical contacts with contractors and subcontractors to discuss and advice on safety policy and procedural matters.
14. Frequent contacts with Safety and Environment Manager in Sana'a and other staff in the department on matters related to safety planning, work progress and performance

Yemen Jannah Hunt explores and produce crude oil and pump it via pipelines to SaferExploration Production and Operations Co. for further treatment and export.
I was reporting to safety manager in Sana'a main office. I managed 4 safety technicians' inthree plants.
Main responsibility:
1. Inspection area for housekeeping and any other safety violations
2. Investigate accident and report to Safety manager.
3. Inspect and issue PPE.
4. Train employees different safety subjects such as VCSE, PPE. Fire prevention etc.
5. Report all safety activities weekly to safety manager.
6. Inspect fire equipment and correct defects
7. Participate in the emergency situations and lead emergency response team.

Refinery Oil Harbor has five terminals where crude oil imported and refining products exported to the local market in Yemen and around the world. The Refinery contains other different utilities such as Laboratory for analyzing and testing products, maintenance workshops, training center and power plant.

3. Worked in the Refinery Oil Harbor as section head from 1996 to 2002 where I managed 120employees on eight hours shift and day work. There are five terminals with different capacities.
I carried out the following responsibilities:-
• Manage the storage tanks levels of different refining and crude oil products.
• Follow tests of the products to meet required specification.
• Supervise and coordinate with the pump house operators for pumping products from and to the refinery.
• Arrange the schedule of marine vessels for entering to refinery oil harbor terminals.
• Supervise the issue of cargo documents and allege calculations either in the refinery tank farm or marine tankers.
• Follow up the maintenance work in the terminals or pump house and issue permit to work (PTW)
• Attended the daily production morning meetings in which the management approved the daily activities.
• Supervise and approve the employees monthly time sheet.

In this installation I managed 80 employees in the five sections ofinstallation (LPG filling plant, Kerosene tin factory and filling plant, drum filling plant, road tankers filling stations and storage tanks in addition to store for spare parts
Main responsibility: 1 Prepare and arrange with operators and foremen the daily activities.
2 Assist management in preparing annual plans.
3 Participate in the daily supervisors meetings and weekly management meetings.
4 Manage safety aspects inside installation area and provide the required safety equipment and PPE.
5 Coordinate with production department in the refinery the required petroleum products for local market.
6 Coordinate with Aden Refinery Laboratory for test and certificates of received and stored petroleum products.
