• Handling general administration and accountable for monitoring the overall branch operations, motivating sales team for revenue generation & managing profit centre operations
• Make fact-based decisions regarding marketing strategy to develop the product as a brand while designing effective and cost-efficient implementation programs based on Customer & Competitive Analysis, Collaborator Analysis and Industry & Company Analysis.

• Organize and conduct medical educational programs, seminars and conferences for the doctors and design & implement marketing activities such as camps, doctor’s meets/ conferences for enhancing brand visibility/ coverage.
• Regularly meet medical professionals, stockiest, chemists and doctors of leading hospitals for brand development and generating new business. Accomplished the allocated sales targets within strict timeframe for the assigned territory
• Ensured medicinal products are stored appropriately and securely to ensure freshness and potency; ensured medication reaches the patient in the correct form and dose.
• Responsible for the accurate dispensing and timely distribution of drugs and medicines for inpatients or outpatients
• Developed & monitored the mechanisms for procurement, storage, security, and disposition of drugs and the provision of pharmacy services. Also, established mechanisms for the record keeping system for the purchase, sale, possession, storage, safekeeping, recall and return of drugs
• Ensured the development, maintenance and enforcement of policies and procedures to comply with the standards of practice of pharmacy as set out in an enactment or a professional standard adopted by the Board.
• Looked after the entire gamut of responsibilities pertaining to Prescription handling, dispensing formulations, storage of biological, and distribution of drugs in the hospital as per the norms prescribed by the Pharmacy Council of India
• Monitored drug supplies & insured the security of controlled substances. Directed the ordering of new supplies & disposition of outdated medications as appropriate.
• Reviewed and interpreted prescriptions. Compound & dispense medications, controlled substances, investigational drugs and samples as ordered by physicians. Consult with physicians as necessary
