DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) - Leading Financial Hub comprising of
commercial offices and Dining restaurant in Gate Building & Districts (GD-2, GD-3, GD-4 & GD-5) &
Gate Villages (GV-1- 11 buildings except GV09).
▪ Responsible for delivery of Hard service operations which includes MEP and SSM
services in DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre)

• Responsible for managing TFM contract of Oceanscape - DAMAC Properties
(3B+3P+G+29 Floors) - 242 Residential Units & 96 Retails
• Responsible for managing TFM contract of Marina Bay - DAMAC Properties
(3B+G+2P+24 Floors) - 379 Residential Units & 5 Units
Responsible for service delivery of Abu Dhabi University Educational campus (Abu
Dhabi, Al Ain & Dubai campus)
• Responsible for managing 179 residential units (164 apartments and 15 no’s - Executive
villas) and 10 retails units within Abu Dhabi University campus.
• Responsible for managing 308 residential units of student accommodations.
• Responsible for MEP maintenance for Magna villas - 9 Villas - Magna Investments
• Responsible for service delivery for Al Khwarizmi training and solution(C-57)
commercial building.
• Managed 50+ staff of Including Facilities Engineer and Team leaders
Responsible for service delivery of Blood Transfusion Centre- Sharjah (Ministry of
Health)
• Responsible for service delivery of Al Hamra Villages - RAK
• Responsible for service delivery of Thuraya Telecommunication building
• Responsible for service delivery of Al Thuraya-2 Building(G+27) at Media City
• Responsible for service delivery of various Sheik villas at Sharjah
• Responsible for Service Delivery of Sharaf DG’s, Damas outlets and Giordano
showrooms.

• Managed various buildings in healthcare, commercial, residential & retails sectors
• Organized the day-to-day facilities management requirements of the company
• Plan and schedule the preventive, corrective and shutdown maintenance activities for
MEP, HVAC and other Specialized Systems
• Monitored work of supervisors, MEP technicians to ensure optimal services.
• Managed the work of contractors and checking that it is done to the highest standards.
• Responsible for building management repairs and services
• Conducted regular site audits and inspections to identify any areas that need repairing.
• Monitored closely to all reactive complaints to comply with SLA’s and KPI targets.
• Managed daily records and workflow, PPM and reactive through CMMS, daily planning,
and execution.
