Parsons Brinckerhoff is acting as the Programme Management Consultant on the Local Roads & Drainage Programme in Qatar for the Public Works Authority. Working in a Programme Controls department as Manager on a custom SharePoint & .Net based programme management
information system (PMIS). Involved in meetings with Stakeholders, understanding requirements, requirements analysis & design, proposing solutions, managing support / enhancement of already developed modules, demonstrations and training to end-users.

• Senior member of PMIS team for a very large construction programme involving a government client, management consultants, multiple engineering consultants and dozens of individual contractors.

• Supporting and enhancing a document management system based upon Active Directory users/ Security Groups, SharePoint 2013. Involved in migration of SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013 for this system. Also involved in development and integration of modules along with comprehensive reporting in SSRS.

• Core developer of a flexible system to process different KPIs data for different disciplines / departments, using Excel spreadsheets submitted to SharePoint and then automatically processed and sent for approval. The approval process was managed by a state machine in order to maintain the integrity of the submissions and approval process. Modules were developed to be loosely-coupled in order to re-use as much code as possible and apply the same process to different sets of data. From a common set of modules we were able to produce ten separate KPI processors following the same approval process with different data. The system provides a clear, auditable trail in case of any payment disputes and allows for reporting on KPIs from the system in a common format.

My role in this project was development and integration of visual web parts/modules, development to support 9 different languages that includes English & Arabic, performance optimization and unit testing.

• Core developer of Guggenheim and Qasr-al-muwaiji official websites (both are popular museums in Abu Dhabi), both are based upon SharePoint 2010 and supports English and Arabic languages

• Online HR System (Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority’s HR System) for Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, based upon SharePoint 2010. My responsibilities were to upgrade/enhance already built system, Integration with Single Sign-On (SSO) and later on migration of this system from SharePoint 2010 platform to SharePoint 2013.

Danish Supermarket (i.e. Dansk Supermarked) is the largest retail company in Denmark and they operate more than 1, 200 stores in four countries. live servers etc.

• Copenhagen Corporate Portal is a web portal for Copenhagen Airport. This portal was based upon Microsoft Content Management server. It is developed to organize and help Copenhagen airport management. My responsibilities in this project included analysis, estimation & development of requirements, support and enhancement of already built application and testing, integration and deployment of modules in MCMS server.

• Slagelse / Taarnby (Both are local Municipalities in Denmark). They both were based upon Microsoft Content Management Server 2002 to help both Municipalities and their Institution sites. My responsibilities in this project included analysis, estimation & development of requirements, support, and enhancement of already built application and testing, integration and deployment of modules in MCMS server.

• Supported and enhanced Alfa People Time Registration System (It is a time registration system), along with reporting module, integrated with CRM to manage the time spent on different tasks by the employees.

• CSD Web portal was developed to give customers the facility to get information about different products available at CSD along with their prices. The portal had all the tenders’ information along with careers section and it also included supplier’s payment status module. As a core developer in this project and I was involved in branding, development, testing and deployment stages. I was also involved in development of Assets Management System for the company.

• As a core developer, I was involved in development of a MCQs based online testing system to evaluate the performance of potential JCAs. This system would post different MCQs to the people sitting next to each other. It was a time based test that would automatically end when the time finishes, it would compile the results and would tell the outcome of the MCQs to the end users as soon as test is finished.

As a main developer, my responsibilities included meetings with client, gather requirements, requirement analysis & design, development, testing, integration, deployment and demonstration to the client.

• District that Works (DTW) was an application with MS Access based backend database and front end in MS Access forms. This application helps by keeping the different districts records and helps the managements in making business decisions on the basis of this application reports.
