** PMO Office Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day activities of the Project management Office (PMO) and provide full support to the Project Managers in their individual projects.
- Assist in the provisioning of project schedules, cost and Rinance information to aid the Program/ Project control and monitoring.
- Design and apply project quality standards and benchmarks.
- Act as a facilitator and coach within the projects managers own area of authority to move the team forward individually as a lead contributor and providing direction to others in a team environment.
- Manage costs and proRitability for work area and large projects.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the PMO, maintaining an awareness of the broad program and informing/escalating to the management as necessary.
- Assist the Client with annual portfolio planning cycle, managing the project portfolio managementprocess and to develop project prioritization attributes
**Project Management responsibilities:
- Manage the project implementation for several clients such as (KOC, Zain, Agility, MOI, KNPC)
- Lead projects in a transparent and productive way, applying standard project management practice.
- Develop the project's key objectives, scope, and success criteria and communicate them effectively
across the project team.
- Plan, schedule, and track project deliverables and milestones using Microsoft Project.
- Manage project resources from other groups and/or 3rd parties in a matrix environment.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time/on budget and exceeding stakeholders' expectations.
- Communicate formally and informally through existing forums to stakeholders at all levels, including
senior management.

- Working with internal and external parties (EgyptAir, Lufthansa, HEIA, and USAID) to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major projects.
