My roles as relationship manager include (but not limited to) the following:
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and prospect for new clients.
- Obtain the necessary financial information from clients in order to conduct annual and quarterly reviews (include credit analysis, financial analysis, industry analysis) and report to upper management.
- Make periodical calls and meetings with client’s key staff members to obtain information about potential projects or financial needs.
- Resolve client’s complaints quickly and effectively.
- Spreading Audited and inhouse financial statements through Moody’s credit rating system.

- Assisting relationship managers with conducting annual reviews and analysis for their clients which contains (credit analysis, financial analysis, industry analysis).
- The SPP program is a 10-months apprenticeship period during which I was exposed to a combination of on-the-job training and formal courses covering all facets of banking (Corporate Banking, Private Banking, Treasury, Trade etc…).
- Assist team members with different tasks.
- Learn about the practices and regulations of zakat and tax.
- Platform assistance to other team members.
- Learning the fundamentals of the policies and procedures for the investment department.
- Assist students with solving their homework.
- Conduct reports on students’ performance.
- Give tutorials to potential students in order to explain the institute’s program.
- Collect and process New gym membership requests and renewal requests.
- Perform tours to new members to explain the facilities of the gym.
- Check for customer’s membership validation.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve Technical, Logistics problems that may arise.
