Managing a huge biometric program (+140MM SAR) that includes different systems and their integration. 3M Cogent AFIS system includes more than 50 servers using different OS.
My role/accomplishments in this project includes:
* Building Biometric portfolio within 3M Saudi by developing on different opportunities.
* Managing to deliver AFIS system (phase one) on time.
* Manage AFIS operation team.
* Attended CUGI conference in San Francisco with the client.
* Managing a complex project that includes many subcontractors and different stakeholders.
* Developed AFIS program PMO.
* Developed Change Management process.
A project manager in Ejar program with Ministry of Housing.
This program includes the following projects:

My role in this project includes (but not limited to) the following activities:
• Monitor the program progress and work on completing the program deliverables to meet the acceptance criterias.
• Making sure all works are done according to the planned quality.
• Revised, updated and enhanced the program plans in EPM.
• Revised all revenue and cost sheets.
• Generated progress reports and evaluated the program progress.
• Initiated and managed a project with KPMG to evaluate Ejar expected financial risks
o Revised proposals and evaluated participants.
o Managed the project work.
o Revised the project deliverables and accepting them.
A volunteered project done with the Saudi Stock Exchange for my master degree. This organizational development project is about measuring, evaluating, and enhancing the employee engagement in the company.
