- Infrastructure Solution designing based on Sun/HP Servers and Storage Technologies
- Represent the company at Technical Level in Customer Meetings
- Work with internal and external clients located in different time zones namely in Middle-East and Africa
- Technical Account Management of some of the largest GSM Operators Including ZAIN, WARID & MTN
- Documentation of architecture design to various levels of detail, and preparation of BOM for solution developed

- Responsible for managing and increasing the business opportunity with named corporate accounts
- Management of timescales, delivery of service and ensure that expectations of both organizations were met
- Generate incremental leads, sales and revenue from the SMB Market
- Perform Pricing and Configuration and prepare sales proposals
- Establish strong relationship with the principles (IBM/Cisco/Oracle)

- Providing technical and commercial support to key customers, which involve Pre-Sales and preparation of Proposals
- Develop thorough knowledge of High-end data center and Storage products from Sun Microsystems
- Independently lead requirement gathering / bidding processes ranging from the evaluation of RFP documents and production of commercial documents
- Establish and foster the relationship with Principles (Sun/IBM)
