Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of estimators and accountable for MEP estimation & tendering
• Study tender documents including drawings, project specification, BOQ, scope of work, contract details and conditions
• Distribute tender documents, assign jobs to concerned estimators and closely follow-up to meet the deadline.
• Participate in pre- tender meetings, site visits and preparing site visit report to analyze the project scope of work.
• Liaise with Estimators to get maximum proposals from Specified and alternate Suppliers /Sub contractors
• Preparing technical clarifications to client/consultants for discrepancies in tender documents after review.
• Maintain the tracks of tender addenda/clarifications and incorporate in tender estimates.
• Cross check the quantity takeoffs prepared by estimators and ensure that complete document is covered in estimation process.
• Analyze vendor technical and commercial offers in view of project specifications and standards.
• Preparing comparative statements to analyze and select the most appropriate vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepare vendors cost comparative study report to finalize vendors/ subcontractor.
• Prepare tender estimate BOQ and submit to Commercial Director.
• Preparing required bid documents including commercial and technical submittals as per the instruction from Commercial Director.
• Collect all vendor’s technical data sheets, vendor’s specification, drawings and compile in line with tender documents to prepare technical bid submission.
• Preparation of post tender clarification reply to clients with all supporting documents.
• Review submitted tender costing to assist the management for post tender commercial negotiations with client and vendors to attain competitive pricing.
• Assist the project and procurement team after award / in the initial phase of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Project Engineers and Supervisors.
• Management of Electrical & Instrumentation scope of projects from feasibility studies, value engineering, procurement, Installation, testing and commissioning and handover.
• Preparation of project execution plan and work break down structure of E&I scope of the projects.
• Review tender drawings, specifications and selection and finalization of E&I materials and support procurement dept. in the process of procurement.
• Review quotations and technical specifications received from suppliers/sub-contractors and advice procurement dept. to proceed with the LOI.
• Review Layout drawings, SLDs, Load Schedules, P&IDs, I/O lists, hookup diagrams and comment / advice project engineers to go ahead with the submission.
• Review and comment on materials/service deliverables submitted by sub-contractors / suppliers.
• Close monitoring and follow up of technical submittals and shop drawings approvals with clients/consultants.
• Advice & Coordinate with central procurement dept. for materials/services in line with the approvals and proposed project program schedule.
• Development of sub contract packages and issue sub contract packages in line with work schedule.
• Management of sub-contractor packages throughout the project till the handing over and closeout of the project
• Attending FAT & SAT along with client’s representative to ensure that the system design and functionality is in line with the approved system design/client’s standards and requirements.
• Review of progress payment certificates and approve interim and final payment certificates of sub-contractors in compliance with the agreement terms and conditions and project progress.
• Attend weekly and monthly project progress meetings with clients/consultants.
• Prepare and submit monthly and weekly project progress report to the Head of Department.
• Act as a lead role in arrangement with clients and sub-contractors to conduct final testing and commissioning and handing over of the projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of Electrical and Instrumentation scope of project from feasibility studies, value engineering, procurement, Installation, testing and commissioning and handover.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQ and prepare enquiry packages and support procurement dept. in the process of procurement.
• Preparation of shop drawings and material submittals and submit to the client/consultant for approval.
• Prepare Material requisitions and forward to the procurement dept.
• Coordinate with Civil and Mechanical teams for scheduling the installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical and Instrumentation Systems
• Coordinate with system integration sub-contractors for installation, testing and commissioning of Automation and Control Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• In charge for Electrical and Instrumentation projects
• Erection &Commissioning of Control panels (PLC, RTU & VFD)
• Preparation of drawings/technical submittal/documents like P&ID, I/O list, instruments lists, cable tray layout, JB wiring diagram and cable schedules
• Testing & commissioning of field instruments like mag flow meters, PT, TT, DPT, WQA, LT, Vibration monitoring systems etc.
• Preparation of as built documents and O&M manuals

• Preparation of detailed engineering documents for Instrumentation & Control systems
• Preparation of I/O list, alarm schedule, Instrument panel wiring, cable schedule, JB schedule etc.
• DCS/PLC/RTU interface list preparation
• Preparation of P&IDs, instruments data sheets and specifications
