• Plans, coordinate and supervision all activities of personnel and recruitment section with particular emphasis on the organization development.
• Manpower planning, career development, recruitment, selection, annual performance appraisal process, training and compensation services.
• Develops and implements equitable personnel policies and procedures, employee counseling, grievance handling and personnel administration services.
• Professional guidance and supervision to the human resources functions in several the organization offices around the world
• Developing and implementing progressive human resource policies & strategies making a positive contribution to organization's reputation as a provider of secure rewarding employment opportunities especially for Qatari slice as Director of board directions
• Establish a standard recruiting, placement and rotation practices and procedures.
• Identify and comply with all Legal requirements and Government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
• Protect interest of Employees and Organization in accordance with HR Policies and the Governmental laws and regulations.
• Supervision and implementation of Qatari HR low, Retirement and Pensions Law for Qatari employees and Extension of insurance protection for the GCC citizens employees.
• Preparing salaries budgeting and ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
