Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):
-Ensures optimal staffing of teams in alignment with Sr. Manager Products and IT Testing groups.
- Manages projects, responsible for defining the project plans in coordination with other areas, like Products and IT Testing.

4. Ensures that all EDCH/ IT standards, processes and guidelines are followed by the subordinates while programming
5. Prepares various reports in order to support decision-taking processes of management
6. Manages, monitors and evaluates the section’s on-going performance and quality of its output and services
7. Provides clear direction, sets targets, prioritizes tasks and assigns responsibilities for the Development teams i.e. allocates resources to projects in coordination with Director/IT Development 8. Provide technical leadership to all development teams
