The main role of this position was to support manpower planning and recruitment activities in line with organizational and statutory requirements:

• Developing deep professional relationships with key line stakeholders and ensure regular and ongoing status performance reviews are held by receiving & analysing the demand and translating the future demand into an effective recruitment delivery plan over a 12 - 24 month planning horizon.
• Holding vacancy consultations with hiring managers, identifying and developing innovative sourcing channels, engaging with the core functions and identify any internal sourcing solutions as necessary.
• Assisting Hiring Managers with all headhunting needs. Using available headhunting sources such as Linkedin, Bayt.com etc., to attract the right people for the business.
• Working on the Taleo applicant tracking system for raising and managing all vacancy requisitions, therefore, maintaining accurate records in SAP System as a critical to the recruitment activities success.
• Conducting applicant sifting, and schedule interviews as required by hiring managers including effective candidate contact, candidate management, preparation of competency based interview packs and arranging HR support for the interview process, and finally, preparing offer letters for successful candidates and initiate and manage the employee onboarding process including security/medical clearance applications.

• Draft recruits contracts and coordinate proper induction programs for the smooth in-boarding of new joiners.
• Perform other requested duties related to work.
