Review and understand all relevant documents and conditions pertaining to the 700 million dollar EPC GC-31 project. The planning rule involves:
 Liaise with other Departments in preparing the invoice to be submitted in accordance to the client procedures.
 Attend the formal handover from Proposals and Estimating at the start of the project in accordance with Corporate Procedures.
 Establish and define any job oriented project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate them.
 Develop in conjunction with the Project Manager and Client a suitable Work Breakdown Structure for the project.
 Establish and communicate cost and schedule baselines and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.
 Review overall project status with the Project Control team and Project Management and recommend corrective action where necessary.
 Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with the Project Coordination Procedure.

I had been responsible for the design of some high profile military instillations, which belongs to the Ministry of Defense such as The National Guards headquarters in Misherif, which is based on the unique air lock military standards, Ahmed Aljaber runway reconstruction on latest ASTM standards. Also I was being deputed from the ministry of defense to work alongside with the American Corps of Engineers in constructing multi millions dinars buildings at the American Base in Arifjan. Key Responsibility to the project includes;
➢ Lead civil engineering design in which to produce significant cost saving ideas suggestion and recommendations.
➢ Coordinating with the other aspects of engineering teams to ensure compliance with the latest standards and to avoid problems in the field
➢ Coordinating with the user of the building to ensure that the designs are according to their requirements.
➢ Safety controls and specification checks, on site by installing all the safety measures.
➢ Site supervision to ensure that the work is progressing in accordance with the drawings and the standards on place.
➢ Testing the materials and conducting on site checks to ensure that the materials on place are in accordance with the ASTM requirements.

One of the biggest consulting firms in Kuwait in which I was consulting in various high rising projects including the high rising 22 floor Kuwait Re-Insurance Company, the 50 floor AlRaya 2 building and the Avenues Mall. Also I had been consulting the infrastructure project of Shuweikh Port that included the installation of new water and sewage system pipes. Key contributions to the projects, includes;
➢ Designing the foundation, piling and dewatering for the site.
➢ Insuring the work quality is in accordance with ASTM standards.
➢ Installing site safety controls on site to make sure that the work site is accident free.
➢ Managing site works and supervising the contractor to ensure that the construction is in accord with the plans and shop drawings.
